Adding support for avif, heic/heif, and jxl support.

When it's time to package we'll need to add some depends to fully support those formats, the thumbnailers for each pull in the necessary underlying libraries, so all that's needed is to add:

webp-pixbuf-loader
libjxl-gdk-pixbuf
heif-gdk-pixbuf
heif-thumbnailer
libavif-gdk-pixbuf

Regarding the libavif-gdk-pixbuf package, in testing I get thumbnails and viewing of avif images in gpicview without it, but maybe to bulletproof everything it should be included too. It will pull in libavif15. It installs a thumbnailer but the heif-gdk-pixbuf package works for thumbnailing avif images and viewing them in gpicview. But in any case there's other packages like gimp, colord, libgphoto, libsane etc. that require libavif15, so might as well do it.

For excalibur and future releases we're golden, but if someone uses this on a daedalus system they'll need to install the newer jxl libraries from excalibur (>0.11.0).
